Top Down Games on iOS in Portugal: Q1 2025 Insights

In the first quarter of 2025, the top down games category in Portugal's iOS market showcased a variety of performance trends. Using data from Sensor Tower, we can delve into the specifics for each of the top five applications.

Block Blast！ from Hungry Studio saw its weekly revenue start at $16 and peak at $21 early in the quarter, before dropping to zero by February. Weekly downloads began at over 21K, gradually decreasing to around 5.7K by the end of March. Meanwhile, weekly active users remained relatively stable, peaking at over 202K in February before settling at approximately 157K at the quarter's close.

Archero 2, published by HABBY, experienced a strong start with weekly revenue reaching $4.8K in mid-January. This figure fluctuated throughout the quarter, ending at about $2.6K. Downloads saw a sharp decline from 9.4K to 133 by the end of March. Active users followed a similar downward trend, starting at 6K and decreasing to 4K.

Despite no revenue being reported, Betclic Apostas e Casino maintained a steady download rate, peaking at 4K in late January before tapering to approximately 2.3K. Active users decreased from 54.7K to around 41.5K by the end of the quarter, demonstrating a consistent user base.

Finally, My Perfect Hotel from SayGames LTD showed modest weekly revenue, ranging from $77 to $221. Downloads started at 5.3K and ended at 1.1K. The app’s active users decreased from 11.4K to 4.8K by the end of March.
